This is a one time payment program. For $150 you receive 3 weight based workouts ranging from 25-45 mins in length. These workouts are designed to help you build muscular endurance and strength using dumbbells. Each workout will have cues to help you lift with proper form.
3 workouts a week of Strength workouts primarily using dumbbells (there will be a bit of cardio and core work)
Messaging through the app with the trainers directly if you have questions
Each exercise will have demonstrations and cues as to how to perform each move with good form
You have a 15 minute video check in meeting with us if you have any questions or concerns. This is optional.
